Annlyn looks strange. How about Annalyn... it sounds and lloks better than Annlyn, +Annlyn sounds like Anakin (from star wars).

I think it’s quite nice.
I do think you’re going to have to repeat it and spell it a lot, but that’s not that big of a deal unless you think it will bug you.
You could also just do Ann Lynn or Ann Linn
She could still have another name for the mn spot-no rule says you can’t have 3 names.
I know a little girl called Emma Leigh, and they call her by both just like Emily.
