If your name is Lilyann why are you naming your kids Lily? Maybe for a middle name but I think that’s a boy thing.
Anyway,
I like Adrianna and Julianna.

To the pp, there are many girls named after their moms!!

I think it would be very wonderful to give you daughters part of your name - this is not just a boy thing!!! It’s an honor to be named after you mother. You could give one girl Lily as a middle name and one Ann, that way they both have a part of your name.

now thinnking about it with my twin sisiter we think me might go for twins with the same middle name are going for kaleigh ann and tracey ann
