Adalie Grace vs. Adalie Claire vs. Adalie Trae

I had the Adalie/Atalie poll earlier & now we are trying to narrow down middle name options that we like. I added Trae because it has a personal/special meaning to my husband and I. Please vote for your favorite, but also feel free to leave other suggestions. We feel that a shorter/one-syllable middle name will compliment the first name best because our last name is rather long. Thanks so much in advance and also for your help on my other poll!

The Top Baby Name is...

I like Adalie Claire and Grace the best, but I have heard the name a million times.

I like Claire the best for mn. What about Jane, Rose, May? I think one syllable is definitely the best either way.

Adalie isn’t very popular where I live, is it where you are since you said you’ve heard it a million times, first poster? Thank you, second poster.

Adalie Claire is my favourite although Adeline Claire with the nickname Adalie would be absolutely lovely

Addison
Adalie
Adaline

any form of that name is uber popular where I live in Midwest

Is Adeline pronounced like "Add-uh-lyn" or "Add-uh-line" (long ’I’ in line?) ???

I have never heard Adalie where I live, just Natalie. (I live in a suburb north of Detroit, MI) I think Adalie is very pretty! Adalie Claire GMV.

Thanks, Lauren. I didn’t associate Adalie with Adalyn/Addison/Adaline when I thought of it. To me, it was a spin off Natalie, if that makes any sense at all. It seems Claire is getting the most feedback!

Im not saying it a bad name, don’t get me wrong, just not my style, and the popularity thing around here. I had a hard time picking all 3 of my kids names because I wanted something different and uncommon.

If you don’t mind my asking, what did you pick for your kiddos? I wanted something different as well, and around where I live Adalie is.

oh and anything ending with -bella or ella is uber popular here too. ha ha it’s weird how different areas have certain names that are popular.

Those are great names! I like them all. :)

I know! It is very weird. I know that the "ella" names are very popular, but here I have only heard them very few times! I like Gabrielle nn Gabi or just plain Ella.

I also wanted an original name. That’s why I went with Adalie :) My little girls name is Adalie Grace, I love it so much! Here is a website that will tell you the popularity of any name in the states.

Adalie hasn’t been on the top 1,000 in the past twelve years. So I have a hard time believing it’s "ubar" popular.
