Maisy or Maisie, definately. Not fond of Paisley. I would like to suggest Maisy Evaline/Evalene or Maisy Eleanore ;)

Maisie for sure!

Paisley would be cute for a middle name, but you are right, you can’t use Maisie Paisley.

Since the spelling is non-traditional, you could opt for a traditional middle name.

Maisie Elizabeth
Maisie Katherine
Maisie Grace
