First Name vs. for vs. ------ Emma

It’s a girl. We love Emma and it was my grandmother’s name but it is way too popular. We decided it will be her middle name. I like Mary-Emma but my husband itsn’t completly sold. Siblings are Melissa ’Lissy’ June, William Aaron, and George ’Georgie’ Micah

What about Emmalyn for a first name? Then you could still call her Emma, and it wouldn’t be a common proper name.
