Ella vs. Alayna vs. Give Suggestions

My husband and I like Ella, but want a name that is a little longer and maybe she could go by Ella as a nickname. Also, I love Alayna, but he is not in love with it, so if you could suggest other names similar to Alayna, that would be great!!! Thanks.

Personally, I think Alayna is very beautiful. We are thinking of naming our daughter Alaina. I like Ella on its own but there are so many names that it could be a nn for.
Gabriella (any of the names ending in Ella).

Actually, you could name her Elaina and call her Ella. Elle and Ellie are variants of Elaina. Both names are beautiful so you can’t go wrong with whichever you choose. GL!

I think Ella is pretty although I prefer Elaina spelled this way. Ella would be a perfect nn and you could have both names!

I love Alannah. Nice variation but similar to Alayna.

Ella is fine alone, or a lovely nn for Eleanor.
