Ashley Elizabeth vs. Zach Ray

Okay so my boyfriend and I are expecting our first child! We decided to keep the gender a surprise. My boyfriend likes these names... and im not so sure about Zach Ray for a boy... because I don’t like the way it sounds when you say it... Its like why not name your kid Zachery then?! So I need help... I need a few different middle names for the name Zach! I would also like opinions on the name Ashley Elizabeth! Thanks!

I have a friend named Ashley Elizabeth and she loves her name. It is beautiful, go for it. Also, what about Zachery Raymond and he could call him Zach Ray? Good luck!

My brother’s name is Zachary Ramey. I really like his name, I agree that Zach Ray seems cut short.

Ashley Elizabeth is really pretty. Other variations you could do to make it a bit more unique would be Ashlyn, Ashtyn, or Ansley. But the classic Ashley is always nice.

wow, you are right about zach ray...looks like zachary with a piece missing...

Zachary is a great name. I think you should just use Zachary with the nn Zach.

I really do like the name Ashley Elizabeth, its beautiful!
Im so glad everyone agrees with me on the name Zach Ray... I just dont like it that way! But Ray has to be the middle name if its a boy... Ray is after my boyfriends grandfather... thats the way were keeping it... so therefore we need some first names for the middle name Ray!

I totally am on your side on the Zach Ray thing. Plus, I hate it when people give their kids nicknames. Why give your son two nicknames when Zachary is such a nice name? How about Zachary Raymond?
