Gabriella vs. Bella

okay here is our question I love the name Gabriella however my husband loves the name Bella I think Bella is more of a nn. Could Bella be a nn for Gabriella since the letters for Bella are in the name gaBriELLA. Thanks for the help.

I think Bella would be fine as a nn.I like the idea of using the full name so she has both options.

Gabriella’s nicknames are Bella, Ella or Gabby! I’d suggest going for Gabriella just because she has a choice then. But you certainly can have Bella as a nn for Gabriella!

My name is Gabriella and my brother calls me Gabriella, my mom and friends call me Gabby, my cousins call me Gabri, and my Dad calls me Bella. Look at all my options. Its better to give her a long name because it sounds professional for when she can work but Bella is young

I have been considering the same thing. as i love Bella but my hubby isnt crazy about it. We agreed on Gabriella i love the possibilities.
Briella-Bella-Brielle-Ella-GIGI(our last name begins with G) Bree Belle- I know there are plenty of Bella (Gabriella’s) out there
