Megan Ava sounds better only because Megan Ann and Megan Anna sound repetitive to me. meg-AN ANN and meg-AN AN-na.

Megan Anna is my favourite, but Megan Ann might flow a little better. If you’re taking suggestions, I also like Megan Abigail and Megan Ariane.

I love Megan. Megan Ava has the best flow and sound to it IMO.
