No the "eigh" is feminine. The "ee" is masculine. I hate it when people use the masculine version for girls..ew! The "eigh" is very pretty :)

im a female and my middle name is lee. named from my grandmother. but truthfully i like Leigh better! more unique

Of course guys are named leigh??? Was that a real question? I have an uncle Lee, a co-worker Leigh and a great male friend named Leigh!!! It is much much more common for a male to be anems Lee than a female, actually it isnt a female name

yes. it was real. i don’t know any guys named Leigh but wasn’t sure. Sorry. I didn’t ask if guys were named "Lee" duh. I asked "Leigh"
That answers my question. I am avoiding all Lee or Leigh names. I don’t want ANYTHING close to unisex.
