I like Effy but spelled Effie. Ginny is cute too. Although Kaya is nice, I know a lot of Kayas, Kylas, Kaylas, etc. They’re all similar and there are many of them. The other two, Effie and Ginny, are a bit more unique.
For K names, I really like Kiersten. GL.

The only reason I don’t like Effy is because everyone says "what the ef" as slang. It also reminds me of elphaba on Wicked. I like Ginny, but I also like it spelled with a J: either Jenny or Jennie.

I think Effy is cute, but I would spell it Effie. I know a lady named Effie Jane who is an inspiration to me!

If you are unsure about Effy, how about Evie?
Evie Rose is a beautiful name and nn can be Eve when she is older if you think Evie is too cutesy!
