I like Penelope Nicole best! My second choice would be Elizabeth Marie! They both flow very well, but Penelope is really underused! Her nickname could be Penny/Pennie. That’d be adorable! Good luck! :)

I really like Penelope. It’s a unique and beautiful name. Elizabeth is too popular imo.
