I voted Blake, but don’t really care for it as a girls name. The other ones sound silly to me.

Agree with pp. I think Blair is nice on a girl and close enough to honor a Blake.

I did the exact same thing!! Blake is better than something that sounds made-up, or like a pet name. Blake is much better on a boy though!

i like Blakely Grace... Personally I dont think it sounds made up.. I just had a baby girl last month and We named her Blakely Rose...

Thank you 4th poster! Have you gotten any negative comments? I like Blakely the best I think and I don’t want others to hate her name. I know Blake is a boys name, but I have good reason to use it. Thanks for your help.

I think it’s great you want to use the name Blake. I would vote for Blaklee, or Blakleigh and add a super femenine mn to soften it up. I think it’s cute:)

I think Blakely is really cute! Blake is nice too though. I think both could work on a girl. There is the actress Blake Lively and she is gorgeous, so I figure it works just fine on girls as it does boys.

Since it is more of a boy’s name, I would suggest doing a very girly feminine mn.

Grace, Rose, Lillian, Caroline, Faith, Juliet, Julianne, Kate, Madison, Mackenzie, Paige, Savannah, Sophia, Olivia, Vivienne, Violet.

Blakely Violet sounds pretty! I also like Blakely Rose but Rose is pretty popular. Blakely Kate...? What about Blakely Makenna?
