I like Austin, McKay is a bit feminine in my opinion.

Austin is cute, but I don’t care for McKay. Other cute names to go with Austin

I don’t think McKay is too feminine. That’s if you’re pronouncing it Mc-Kye rather than Mc-Kaye which does sound feminine.
