We have a long list of vs. names..we can’t seem to vs. decide

My boyfriend and I are having our first baby. We have a list of names for both boys and girls. Im not to sure on any of them now because as I read some of these polls I see alot of the names we like in them. We are looking for something that isn’t so common. We don’t want our child to be 1 of 6 kids in his/her class with the same name. I will list our names in the first comment. We have no idea what his/her middle name will be either so if you could please give us suggestions on middle names that would be great. Thanks!

I LOVE Alec!! Blake is great too and my third choice for a boy would be Sean.
Kyler, Jaxon, Ayden and Hudson are all way too trendy IMO. I do like Jackson though.
For a girl I love both Laurel and Ruby, and Audrey is nice too.
I love family names so if it were me I would go with Laurel.
I also feel that Brooklyn, Mckenzie, Karsyn and Ryleigh are all way too trendy, overused, and not girly/pretty ebough.
Lily is nice but very common.

B:

Abel (love)
Blake (if you don’t want your kid to be one of six don’t use this one)
Ayden (or this one spelling doesn’t change how it’s said.)
Sean (love)
Tyson (love)

I love Sean, Tyson and Abel:)

G:

Brooklyn (this is pretty common and so is Brooke I would not use this if unique is what your going for.)
Laurel (this was my great grandmothers name) (I love this;)
Ruby (very common avoid not unique.)
Mckenzie (spelling doesn’t change popularity of the name itself. It’s still said the same.)
Lily (Very common avoid!)
Karsyn (I just heard this name) boys name.
Alexa (common and not a full name. Alexandra nn Alexa much better!)
Audrey (like common but not super popular.)
Kyla ( very pretty)
Ryleigh (not what your looking for.)

Just because you see a name on a lot of polls doesn’t necessarily mean a lot of people are using it. Some people might even be posting several polls with the same names. I named my daughter Isabelle, a common name, and have yet to have another Isabelle in her class.
Jaxon Blake (the most common on your list)
Blake Jaxon
Hudson Cole

Good luck! Love the name Laurel, by the way.

Love Cole! One of my fav boy names and its not overly popular or trendy. Blake is my next fav from your list. Cole Blake actually sounds really handsome together.

I also love Audrey and Lily for girls. I think it’s always nice to use family names so your child will have special meaning to their name. What about Audrey Laurel? I think it’s gorgeous!

Brooklyn is really trendy and she will be one of 6 in her class. I know so many people that have named their baby this name. Lily is really popular too even though I love it. :(

I think if you want a name that is not too common for a boy you could use:
Tristan Bradley
that is my nephews name, and he is the only Tristan I have heard of. As for a girl--I named my daughter Evelyn and used the name of my great grandmother, so I think you should use the name of your great grandmother:
Evelyn Laurel
All the other names that have been said are too common.
