I’ve heard it as either FIL ih pah or FEE lee pah...I also think it looks better with an F, more feminine. GL!

I have only heard FIL-ih-puh, with the stress on the first syllable. That is the way it sounds best I think, and easiest way to pronounce it, like Phillip with an A on the end. Pippa is an adorable nickname too!
