I think Kyla will give you the least trouble. Both Caila and Caela could be mispronounced Kay-la.

Kyla is great and the only way you would get the pronounciation you want. I would pronounce the other 2 like Kayla

i like Kyla best and i think that’s the best spelling for the pronunciation that you want, but i don’t think anyone would say any of these k-ee-luh, i’d say Kyla as k-eye-la and the others as kay-la

Thanks for all the votes and comments, I agree with the comments Kyla is the best choice, I have done a lot of research about this name, and many ppl that have it, say it’s mispronounced all the time, so I just wanted to make sure. Thanks for helping.
