Mira vs. Miri vs. Mimi

We’ve decided on the first name Miriam if we have a girl. There’s not a middle name set in stone, but that isn’t a big deal. Yet! We’re now looking for an ’official’ nickname. We once fought over the word damn playing Scrabble, so just imagine names.

I LOVE the name Miriam, but I guess I am a little bias as my second daughters name is Miriam Rose. We call her Miri, so thats what I voted for.

My kids call my mom Mimi. So to me, that one is a grandma’s name.
