I don’t wanna sound mean but those are grade A trailer trash spellings.Try Leah or Aaliyah. Eye lee yah doesn’t sound good.

May be try Ileah or something that’s easily spelled but either way I don’t really like the sound of your pronunciation much, sounds a bit made up.

Ileah could work . Try to keep it simple for your baby, so she won’t have problems with it in school.

I’d say go with Leah and add to it. Aileah or if you really want Ayleah. Or I suppose starting with the base Lia works too.
