Daveney vs. yes vs. no

Hello, we were wondering if you could help us. We would like to know what you think of the the name Daveney. Dav-en-nee. We would like to honor my father David, and think this name goes well with last name and is more feminine then Davida and Davina. We also need help with middle name. thank you

The sound is nice but i think i’d say dave-nee from the spelling. Maybe spell it Daviney or Davenie or Davenae (i like this one best). Not sure if that makes it any better...!

What about Davia? Dav-ee-uh Or just honoring him with using a name that starts with a D. Or use it for a middle name.

Or Adava or Adavia? Daveney is quite masculine IMO.

I like spelling it Daviney. It reminds me of The Notebook! You know when the grandchildren come visit Allie in the movie and the little girl says "Hi! I’m Daviney!" and Allie says "Oooh what a pretty name!" :)

I like it...on the movie The Notebook, its their granddaughters name I believe. I always liked it but couldn’t figure out how to spell it! lol Very cute!!

I have a friend named Devany, and always like her name. Daveney is very nice as well.

I think I do like Daviny best for the spelling though.

I like Davinia better. When I hear this I just think of The Notebook. Also, I think that people will often pronounce it incorrectly and not know how to spell it. When I see it, I just think of de-veining shrimp. I think that Daveney would also be nice as a mn. GL!
