What’s the difference between going by both your first and middle name and having two "first" names no middle? Do you fill out the birth certificate in some different way?

Yea, you fill out 2 names in the "first" slot than leave the "middle" slot blank. When the full name is typed out it looks the same, however on documents that just use first and last names all 3 names appear instead of 2. Whoo, anyway I like Annabelle Pearl the best.
