I love Fiona the best. Sophie is a great nickname, but I don’t like as a legal first name. Sophia w/nn Sophie. Sophie to me doesn’t sound professional and will not age as well as Sophia.

Fiona Eve is gorgeous and Fiona is so underused. However, Sophie Elise is beautiful too. I much prefer Sophie as a given name than as a nickname for Sophia. It is the French form of Sophia and perfectly acceptable as a given name in my opinion.

I love the name Fiona MUCH more than Zoe or Sophie. And Eve as the first name isn’t bad. But have you considered maybe these choices for the middle-name: Fiona Skye or Fiona Raven. These are beautiful also. Just a though.
