Maverick vs. Maxwell vs. Magnus

Wanting a strong middle name for my son. First name is decided, I just need a middle name starting with M. These three are my favorite but I would like more suggestions if you have them!

Maxwell is not very strong, it’s nerdy, how about Maximus if you like the sound of Max, magnus I think of magnum and I think of condom, Maverick is great! What is the first name?

I also agree that Maxwell is nerdy. When I think of Magnus I think of Angus or [removed]. I don’t think it’s attractive at all.
However I love the name Maverick. I considered naming my son Maverick. Mav is a cute, yet masculine nn.

I think Gregory Maverick sounds best and I like Rick/Ricky as nickname for maverick but since it’s your middle name you probably wouldn’t use that, my second choice would be Gregory maximus, it doesn’t get much more stong/manly than that! gl
