Isobel means Elizabeth in Spanish. So it’d be like naming your kid Elizabeth Elizabeth. Plus, I don’t think it flows too well. Eliza Beth is cute.

Isobel and Lisa are both forms of Elizabeth. And Eliza Beth is just silly. Name her Elizabeth and find a name that is nothing to do with Elizabeth for the other name.
