Gunner, Ryder, and Hunter obviously go together, so I think it’s only fair to match your daughter’s name with Sydney. I think Shayne, with its S, Y, N, & E -- and with its masculine origins -- is an inspired choice. I love it. I’m less enthusiastic about Mackenzie.

Whenever I consider a unisex first name for a baby, I like to include a very masculine or feminine middle name to give them the option to use that instead as an adult.
