And both siblings have unusual 2-syllable first names ending in "uhn" followed by traditional short middle names starting with J. Why not stick to the trend? What about:

Kaden Jerome / Kaeden Jerome / Kayden Jerome
Austin Jerome / Ostin Jerome / Ostyn Jerome

Braeden Jacob / Braedon Jacob / Brayden Jacob
Waylon Jacob / Waelon Jacob / Waelyn Jacob

i quite like it, and i think it fits well with your other sons names, but i think the previous poster is right that a name ending in an en/an/on sound with a J mn would be better...
