I think Maylee is the best. It is the easiest for the child when she starts to spell and write. Also, Maylie looks like "May-Lie" sounds like a bad omen to me. just my opinion though. good luck.

Maylee looks the prettiest to me with your ln. It’s also the easiest to prn when looking at the name.

Maylee. It's a vintage name so Maylee is the proper spelling. It's super cute.

I don't like Maylie because it sounds like may lie. Mayleigh is too many unnecessary letters.
