Adeline or Adele is better then Adelina but Adelina is best of these. Be warned if Lilibeth (Littlebit) will be nicknamed Lily or some spelling variation then be prepared for her to join a kabillion other Lilys (lillian/Lily/Lilly/Lilli/Lillie/Lilian/Lilyan/Lilyanne/Lilyanna/Lilianna/Lillianna/ and on and on very very common the Lil-names these days. If you are looking for unique this is not the way to go.

Wow I love all 3. But I voted for Adelina bc I thought it sounded best with your last name.
