I definitely prefer Sparrow because Fallow means uncultivated, which I think sounds negative for a name.

sorry i hate both names- Lark is the best out of them all (if i had to pick).. how about Raven Joy?

Um...Fallow would remind everyone of the three-field crop rotation system. I love the suggestions of Fallon and Willow, though!
