Actually, I like it spelled Leila best (same pronunciation). Of your choices though, I like Laila.

Layla. The name itself is uncommon, so you don’t want to make the spelling hard on her as she goes through school. Layla is definitely more simple than Laila, and especially Lailah. It will get tiring forever telling people how to spell and pronounce her name. Just keep it simple--she’ll thank you for it later--and go with Layla. It looks prettier too. GL!

I agree with the 4th poster...and I’ve heard Leila pronounced lee-la, so I definitely wouldn’t use that spelling.

I know of girl with the name Leila and its pronounced lee-i-la. I know another girl with the name Laila and its pronounced Lie-la. Is that how you want to pronounce it, or are you thinking Lay-la? Sorry if that’s a dumb question but I want to make sure I’m reading your name right.
