I would not use Amanda because it sounds like A Man DUHHH!!!.

What about:
Matthew and Miranda
Matthew and Gabriella/Gabrielle ( Matt and Gabi)
Well I cant really think of anything right now but you really shouldnt name your daughter something with MAN in it!

Not so fond of Michelle as a middle name, I think that you should come up with something else. Instead of Amanda why not
