I like Finnley best even though Finley looks better and won’t be constantly spelled wrong. Not a fan of Finnian, more dated sounding. GL!

I like Finnian best. Finnley is much more popular now, so he might get lost in a sea of Finnleys. Finnian also lends itself to the nickname Ian if Finn doesn’t suit him. But if you go with Finnley, spell it with two n-s just like you did. It looks much better.
