Isla is very cute! I’d go with it over Ayla because a lot of people might turn to Ayla to be the trendier version of Isla. Isla Jane is beautiful!

I don’t like the pronunciation of Ayla. It’s trendy and used a lot more than Isla. Just like Madison went to Addison, Kayla moves to Ayla.

Isla is beautiful and understated.

Ayla is so classic and gorgeous. I think it’s lovely paired with Jane. I’m not too fond of eye-lah/ees-lah or however you say it.
