I only like Louise is it’s for a reason (i.e., Grandma’s name). Otherwise it just seems like you’re trying to throw in another name just for the heck of it.
Samantha Clarissa is kind of a mouthful, lots of syllables and both ending in a. How about Samantha Clarice Randall? Clarice has the rhythm of Louise while being like the name Clarissa.

I’ve never been a real big fan of having two middle names. It seems a bit much. I think everyething flows okay but like just the middle of Louise (my aunt’s name!) the best. If using both then I think it will be just fine.
