Yeah that was pretty confusing. So you have twin boys and now you’re having twin girl? And you want one of the girls to have an initial as her first name? I’m going to have to say please no to that. What about Elaina and Casey? Casey is the same as KC, except it’s an actual name. Casey Lynn and Elaina Renee

K.C & K.D for twin girls? I think that’s really bad... How about Kady & Kasey? Those are actual names. That would work MUCH cuter than initials that don’t stand for anything. It sounds the same but looks 100% times better.
Please not Koryn Lynn...i don’t like names that rhyme. How about Koryn/Corrine Renee and Kacie/Casey Elaina? That way your husband gets a name he likes, your boys get their input, and you get the name you like (spelled out...no initials).
