Evelina nn Evie vs. for 4th vs. girl?
We are having our fourth girl- we can’t believe it, we feel so lucky. She will be our last child. We have three older girls- Catalina, Jacoba (pr. Juh-KOBE-uh), and Leanora. We like longer names with cute nicknames- we often call our girls Lina, Cobie, and Nora. But do you think Catalina and Evelina are too close? Any suggestions if you do think so? Thanks! I think it might be just a little close to Catalina. If you love the nickname Evie, maybe:

Ok they both end in ’lina’ but because you will nn your new baby as Evie, then I don’t think it’s a problem, if your still worried you could use Everline, or Everlyn just a thought, still very pretty.

i think Catalina and Evelina might be a bit close, but i do know sisters named Catalina and Angelina and there’s just the two of them, and they’re not twins. it’s a nice name, unique without being odd. i say go for it, if Catalina is nn Lina and Evelina is nn Evie, i don’t think there’d be a problem, you could also do Eveline nn Evie. i also love Evangeline and Evangelina.
