Stewart is quite dated and kind of nerdy sounding. I do think there would be a chance of kids calling him Stewart Little. Stewart William does flow well. GL!

Well, the typical spelling for a first name and not a surname is Stuart, if I’m not mistaken.
I think Stewart is slightly more appealing to the eye, but I would use Stuart.
Even though Stuart is dated, I do think it is handsome! Especially when paired with William!
If you do change your mind, maybe try William Stuart!
But hey dont let my opinion sway you from a name you love! We will have different opinions, dont let strangers form your opinion on the name.
One more thing-boys are being named ’strange’ and ’trendy’ things nowadays which may have teasing potential for kids my age, but your son would grow up in a generation with different names. I dont think teasing is an issue.

William Stuart does look and sound a lot better! I wouldn’t worry about him being teased either way, though. A lot of little boy’s now have names that are outside of the "norm."
