Michel vs. Andreas

Would it be strange to have twins with names from different backgrounds? We’ve been trying for a long time to find names we like and that go together. We finally found Michel and Andreas, but we’re not sure if it will sound strange when people hear their names together. Thanks for your input!

I don’t think it’s strange. As long as these names are from YOUR background. If not, then yes, it’s weird. Do you need middle name suggestions?

Yes, they are from our backgrounds. I’m French and he is German.

We were thinking doing the opposite for their middle names. Like a German name for Michel and a French name for Andreas, but it might be too complicated. If you’ve got suggestions, that’s great! Thanks!
