I don’t like either one, but if I had to choose I choose Honor. Because doesn’t Honoria rhyme with Ghonorea (spelling ?)?

Honoria is beautiful, yet trendily old-fashioned. Honor is young and spunky, ans also trendy.

If I had to choose I would go with Honor.. Honoria sounds like the STD gonorrhea.
Other options Aryanna - means honored, noble in Hindi
Breana/Brianna – means strong, virtuous, honorable in Irish

I agree with previous posters about the STD. That was the first thing that came to mind when I saw Honoria. I’d definitely go with Honor.
