Sister vs. needs names

My sister is having her third child and I said I would help her out with names as her and her husband are struggling to settle on one. Everything that is suggested on this site will get back to her. They have Alice Victoria, 4 and Emily Clara, 2. She doesn’t know the sex of the next one so she will need both boys and girls suggestions. Names they have considered: Thomas, Michael, Matthew, Jack, James, Joseph, Benjamin, Oliver, Christopher. Charlotte, Isabelle, Annabelle, Susannah, Georgina, Olivia. Thanks so much! john richard and they can call him jack b/c jack is a nickname for john and he has a more formal name too. For a girl u can do olivia belle b/c it is something in comon

I LOVE Joseph - Joey, Joe as nn
Benjamin is great too. Also consider Bennett.
Annabelle OR Susannah ARE ADORABLE!!! You can’t go wrong with any of these names.
