Cadence vs. For a vs. Girl?

What do you think of the name Cadence for a girl? I’m seriously considering it for my baby- who is due any day now. I just thought I would get on outside opinion on it before I totally set my mind on it. I was thinking Cadence Diane. What do you think? Please be completely honest! Thanks

It is common, but not overused. It’s #222 on the top 1000 list for girls, the popularity has actually gone down (compared to last 2 years.) I do have to say that Cadence Diane is very cute though!

I think it’s pretty! A lot of people don’t like it for some reason for its "trendiness" but it’s only in the 200s which isn’t very common at all. I think more people use it on polls than babies are actually named.

Cadence Diane sounds very pretty together and I think nn Cady would be adorable. GL!

it’s a good pick. as supposedly popular it is, i have only seen one toddler in my daughter’s class with the name.
