The name Ryan is quite nice for a girl.
The name Gray is OK but not my favorite.
I know you want boy names, but Drew is a little too boyish. I know quite a few guys named Drew.
These names may be fine when she is little, but please think about whether or not she will be teased for them when she goes to school, especially in middle and high school.

I guess I like Drew the best, but only if neither the middle or last name start with the letter L. Mean kids will call her Drool regardless, but you don’t want to make it easy for them to come up with the idea.
Gray is so dreary that you’d have to be exceptionally not-gray in looks and personality to pull it off. Most people aren’t interesting or beautiful enough to carry off a name that means "drab and colorless, neither one thing nor the other."
I don’t like Ryan for a girl. Every 40-year-old guy is named Ryan.

I like all 3 and don’t think they’re too masculine at all. My favorite of the 3 is Drew.

Here’s my theory on being teased ... kids are going to be teased no matter what. If it’s not their name it will be their clothes, glasses, hair, something. I don’t think that should factor into what you name your child. Of course you wouldn’t name them something absolutely silly that will guarantee them getting teased, but I think we as parents tend to think about the name TOO much. Go with what feels right and what you keep coming back to. A name is just a name, we are not defined by it.

I LOVE DREW FOR A GIRL!!!!!!!! That’s what I was gonna be named myself and growing up, a lot of people knew me as Drew because my parents called me that (although, I never figured out why they didn’t just name me that, haha). Anyways, since I was never legally named that, I’m naming my frist daughter DREW! I also thought about Ryan or Ryne as her middle name. I think Drew Ryan would be a gorgeous name for your little girl!!!!!!!!!
