I have heard Justine for a girl but never Justice.

Girl. I went to high school with a girl named justice. I think her middle name was Gwin.

I know one woman named Justice, and one man named Justus.

No little kids of either gender.

I’d probably think girl (maybe because of the clothing store?)

It really isn’t an appealing choice for me.

How about Honor or Verity (means truth).

My wife is pregnant, we have picked the name Justice if is a boy not for a girl. We did however discuss making the spelling as Justus but I like the regular spelling better. Lol there's an entire store named Justice just for girls.... so when I found out it was a predominantly male name I was confused. My name is Justice Gabrielle and I'm a girl. Every Justice I've ever met was a male and they spelled it Justus (the biblical way) I guess because in the Bible it was a male. Very few spell it the way I do down here in the south. I like it for both. It's a strong name... one that makes people say "wow I love that" when I tell them my name. To be a black women named Justice in America is something special to me.
