I don’t think they’re too close as long as Isabella’s nickname isn’t Ella.

They are a little to close i think, but if you are ok with that you should use it. Other thoughts:

They aren’t too close as long as their nns aren’t too matchy. I slightly prefer Gabrielle over Gabriella, though. Isabella and Gabrielle go well together.

they’re a little bit matchy but they’re not too close. if you’re unsure about it, how about
