Cheyanna vs. Different, but cute! vs. I don’t like it...

I don’t like Cheyanne, so don’t suggest that. My husband & I both like Cheyanna better! What does everyone think of it? Please be honest! Older siblings are Kohen Austin (4) & Emilia Elizabeth (2). Thanks! ~Layla, Austin, Kohen, & Emilia

Fair warning, just because I’m getting it alot... Lots of people hate the name Cheyanne/Cheyenne. They think its outdated or something. I’m going to be naming my baby, if its a girl, Cheyanne Elizabeth. And I haven’t gotten too many good comments on the name. I just wanted to warn you ahead of time.

But I love Cheyanna! Very unique and very different. Something everyone will remember!

Best of luck to you and your family on your baby girl!!

I really don’t think its outdated at all. I think its beautiful, it just doesn’t fit the style of our other children! Cheyanne Elizabeth is very cute!

Good luck to you as well! :)

I like it! Congrats and gl!!

I don’t understand why people have to post rude comments about not liking the name(s) someone picks, especially when all they say is, "Sorry I HATE that," or something. I’ve been getting that instead of what I’m actually asking feedback for.

Well, for me it’s a misspelled place name, and I’m just not a fan of place names on girls.
I just don’t think they seem classy.

But if You love it, that’s all that matters.

I will say I don’t think it’s a great fit with Emilia, which seems much more classic and feminine to me.
On the other hand, it sort of works with the very modern, Kohen.

Sorry if that wasn’t exactly the feedback you were looking for.

Well if you feel that way, then I am open for other opinions. If you can find me a name that goes well with Kohen & Emilia. I would love that!

i don’t care for it sorry, it looks misspelled and i wouldn’t know how to pronounce it, i agree that although it works well with Kohen, it doesn’t work well with Emilia. how about

You would pronounce it Shy-Ann-Uh. Its the same as Cheyenne/Cheyanne but with an "a" at the end.

Yeah, really... It’s not that hard to pronounce it... Ah.

Some like it, others hate it :/
