Love them all, but Lucas nn Luke would be better IMO.

Not sure exactly what you’re asking... but here goes:
Love William and Samuel - they’re great, classic names. Lila I’m not so fond of. It seems super trendy and I just don’t like the way it rolls off the tongue. It’s a little hard to say. Luke I love as well, much prefer it over Lucas which just sounds so nerdy to me. I just think it’s way fresher and it’s perfectly good as a full name.
I think any combo of these is nice as a sib set. In order my favs are Luke, William, Samuel, Lila.

I think that all your names in your list are nice names. William, Luke and Samuel would be my ranking. William is so strong, Luke is so cool and Samuel is so dignified.
