Ian Thomas vs. Jaxon Thomas

We are trying to decide between these two names for our first baby. We are spelling Jaxon this way because we would probably call him "Jax" for short. Thanks for your input-Nick and Kinsey

I say spell it Jackson. That way it looks more prefessional. And he can go by Jack and Jacks (you can write the nn Jax if you want).
That way when hes older his friends can call him by Jack Norris.

Ian Thomas is very handsome. Jackson has never been attractive to me, and Jaxon looks ridiculous.
