I would spell it Adina, because it is still close to Idina Menzel’s name, so you are still honoring her, but it isnt exactly the same. Very cute!

First, I’d say stick with the original. Secondly, wouldn’t changing the spelling change the pronounciation? How do you plan on pronouncing it? To me, Idina has a Hard I sound and Adina has a long A sound...

No. They’re all pronounced uh-deena. The first letter doesn’t change the pronounciation.
