Is Lucy the second middle name? I don’t think it is dated as much as too long, with a not so great flow. "Old names" seem to be coming back into style, and are trendy right now. You could always swap one of the names for a more up to date version of the name- For example, Elin/Elynne instead of Eleanor- Elin Elizabeth, or switch Elizabeth to just Eliza.... I just think Lucy does not flow well at the end....

I like Eleanor Elizabeth a lot together, they flow well. But I’m not sure about Lucy at the end. I think it’s because the first two names are longer and classic and then it seems like Lucy stops the name short. Don’t get me wrong, Lucy is a fine name by itself. Good luck!!!!

My daughter’s MN is Eleanor but I have to agree that Lucy as the 2nd MN doesn’t flow as nicely. Maybe Lucy Eleanor Elizabeth could work better if you want to keep all 3 names

I’m not a fan of Eleanor. It’s seems way too dated to me. But using it as a middle name would be fine. What about Lucy Eleanor Elizabeth?

no, not dated at all, quite common where i live.

I think there’s a difference between dated and classic.
Eleanor Elizabeth Lucy is more classic, although I’m not a fan of how Elizabeth and Lucy don’t really flow well.
