Thank you first poster. The middle name has to stay as is though. :)

Honestly, I think they’re both beautiful names. However, I would probably choose something different if you both can’t agree on one.

Nadine Sophia Benz
Pauline Sophia Benz
Renee Sophia Benz
Violette Sophia Benz
Adele Sophia Benz
Camille Sophia Benz
Danielle Sophia Benz
Estelle Sophia Benz

Hmm, that’s a good one, 3rd poster. No-AY-mee I think? (I don’t really pay attention to that kind of stuff)

Thank you SarahCait. :) Actually, Camille Sophia is one that we have been considering as well, but that’s another one that’s pronounced very differently in French and in English. We both love NoĆ©mie/Naomi though, so it’s just a matter of agreeing on the spelling/language. ;)
Thanks for the beautiful suggestions!

I’m the 3rd poster, and I was kind of hoping that it was no-ay-MEE...lol.
I just found it easier to say that way. could you and your husband come up with a nn from it that you both like? one that would be easier for his family to pronounce?

lol The accent may actually be on the "NO" - NO-ay-mee. It’s definitely not on the ending though (never is in French, we tend to drop the endings). The nn would be Nomi either way. We live in an English environment, but our daughter will likely go to French school here. Tough decision! :)
